Essential Duties and Responsibilities TheHR Benefits & LeavePartner will bring expertise, empathy, and strategic thinking to the way we support our people. This is a remote-based HR role with a strong focus on U.S. benefits and leave administration, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, FMLA, STD, LTD, paid leave programs, and regulatory compliance. You'll serve as a trusted resource for team members and leaders while partnering with HR leadership to evaluate programs, identify opportunities, manage risk, control costs, and create a better employee experience. Preferred Certifications: SHRM-CP, PHR, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, Certified Benefits Professional (CBP), or another benefits-related certification. Where You'll Work Remote - with an important location requirement. To support our East Coast operations and maintain strong connections with our locations, candidates must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of one of these Pyrotek locations: Cortland, NY While the role is primarily remote, domestic travel of up to 20% is required. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.
