Location: Bethlehem, PA

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

7 AM - 5:30 PM

Looking for Warehouse Associate jobs in Bethlehem where every day keeps products moving? This opportunity lets you support warehouse operations through picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling while helping ensure orders are completed safely and accurately.

Labeling and repackaging products according to work instructions

Entering accurate quantities/sizes into computer

Meeting quality and speed metrics

Loading and unloading boxes to and from conveyor lines or trucks, palletizing boxes

Building pallets of product

Picking, packing and shipping orders for our DTC department

Using scan guns to scan products, pick orders, and enter numbers on a computer screen

Moving product throughout the warehouse using a pallet jack or rolling cart

Maintaining a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat

Complying with company procedures, rules, and regulations

Contributing to team effort by accomplishing assigned tasks as needed

Flexing to other departments or specialty assignments as requested by supervisor

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial.



Experience Requirements

  • Ability to safely perform warehouse duties including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately identify products, labels, and shipping documentation.
  • Ability to use pallet jacks, hand trucks, RF scanners, or other warehouse equipment as required.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced warehouse environments.
  • Commitment to workplace safety, teamwork, and dependable attendance.



Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous warehouse, distribution center, fulfillment, manufacturing, or logistics experience is preferred.
  • Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory procedures, shipping software, or RF scanning equipment is considered an asset.
  • Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Associate.
  • Able to use a computer touch screen, scan gun, label printer, rolling cart, step ladder, and pallet jack
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions in Spanish or English, and follow directions
  • Good manual and physical dexterity
  • Dependable, organized, hardworking, and punctual
  • Self-motivated and proactive



Physical Capabilities

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.
  • Ability to maintain productivity while working in warehouse and distribution environments.
