No Essential Functions -Maintains and monitors project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures. -Organize, attend, and participate in stakeholder meetings. -Documents and follows up on important actions and decisions from meetings. -Prepares necessary presentation materials for meetings. -Ensures project deadlines are met. -Ensures projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project. -Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable. -Create a project management calendar to fulfill each goal and objective. -Coordinates procurement activities, including placing orders, tracking order status, monitoring delivery timelines, and following up on outstanding or delayed items.
