We're looking for a Principal Product Manager to join Procore's Project Execution product team. In this role, you'll drive the vision, strategy, and execution for the future of Procore's Safety product, leveraging advanced workflows, native mobile experiences, data analysis and artificial intelligence to transform job-site safety management. Your goals include executing against core safety roadmap, identifying new market opportunities, pioneering AI-driven safety capabilities, and leading cross-functional teams to ship impactful solutions at high velocity. As a Principal Product Manager, you'll partner with engineering, design, product marketing, customer success, and sales leadership to discover, validate, and launch next-generation product features. This position will require you to use your deep market domain expertise, AI literacy, and exceptional communication skills to elevate product thinking across the organization and deliver fast, measurable value to our customers. Base Pay Range: 198,240.00 - 272,580.00 USD AnnualThis role may also be eligible for Equity Compensation and/or Bonus Incentive Compensation.
