A Brief Overview 1. Subject Matter Expert and strategic partner for client support of CHOP's HR Technology deployment including Core HR, Talent Management, Workforce Reporting & Analytics, Integrated HR Service Delivery and Integrations to downstream applications; This includes cloud, on-premises and outsourced deployment models 2. Performs analysis, design, configuration, qualification, documentation and roll-out of expanded HR Technology capabilities to meet enterprise requirements 3. Leads designated projects within the HR Technology environment Work Arrangement This role is primarily remote, with periodic onsite meetings or events as needed. Onsite attendance should be expected approximately once per month, though frequency may vary based on operational needs. What you will do
- Application Management
- Subject matter expert of CHOP's HR Technology applications
- Strong ability to diagnose, document and resolve complex HR application issues from a functional, administrative and operational perspective
- Solicits system requirements, performs core system configuration, comprehensive testing and production enablement as part of an agile development lifecycle for a variety of HR Technology applications
- Supports integration requirements including HR data model consultation, management of employee data requests and troubleshooting of data issues encountered by internal and external third-party applications
- High level of technical acumen as it relates to CHOP's cloud based HCM system configurations
- Provides analytic observations and development of reports, dashboards, and scorecards to make inferences and assist leaders in making key business decisions
- Evaluates new vendor released functionality, executes regression testing for upgrades, performs fit-gap analysis and recommends new feature adoption consistent with business needs
- Stakeholder Consultation and Support
- Exhibits a consistently high level of customer service, collaboration and consensus building skills while working with internal clients and/or stakeholders
- Proactively presents solutions and ideas based on knowledge of business needs and strategic roadmap
- Supports, trains and enables the business stakeholders
- Stays current on the industry trends, technological advances and new features and functionality
- Project Management
- Manages designated HR Technology projects throughout the project lifecycle including creation and delivery of project plans, estimates, management presentations, user communications, IS coordination and project team supervision
- Performs Business Requirements Analysis and composes comprehensive Design Specifications
- Plans and executes all aspects of Unit, End to End and User Acceptance Testing to ensure quality implementations
- Develops clear documentation including Knowledge Articles, Job Aides, Operational Guides, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), etc.
Education Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED Required
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred
Experience Qualifications
- At least five (5) years of relevant experience working in an Human Resources or Information Technology environment - Required
- Experience with the configuration, administration or technical support of the Workday Recruiting module - Preferred
Skills and Abilities
- Cloud HCM Software experience (e.g. Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow HR Service Delivery, Hyland Document Management, Phenom People, etc.) including implementation, application configuration, user support, systems administration and security administration (Required proficiency)

$101,300.00 - $129,100.00 Annually
