Who we are looking for: We are currently looking for a Maintenance Manager to be based out of Pendleton, OR. Reporting to the Plant Manager, this person will be responsible for planning and overseeing the work of the maintenance staff to ensure safe and efficient operations for the entire facility, as well as being responsible for the entire upkeep and maintenance of the facility including proper working of all electrical and mechanical systems. The ideal candidate will have a technical degree and 10 years of maintenance related experience and/or training in the field preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience; Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred. Experience in lean manufacturing or business system-based company is a plus. What you'll do:

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay for this position is $97,680 - $134,310. Placement in the range depends on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs and may change over time. Other compensation may include, but not limited to, overtime, shift differentials, bonuses, commissions, stock, and other incentives. Benefits available include:
