We design, develop, integrate, market, and service these advanced machines, enabling the world's leading chipmakers to reduce the size and increase the functionality of their microchips, which in turn powers the next generation of consumer electronics. As a Manufacturing Technician, you will support the build, integration, testing, and troubleshooting of sub-systems used in ASML's advanced lithography equipment. This role includes hands-on assembly, testing, inspection, and process validation activities in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical and technical aptitude, experience with electronic assemblies, and the ability to work from detailed procedures and engineering documentation. Work Schedule - Front Half Days (Compressed Work Week) 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM Sunday - Tuesday and every other Wednesday Overtime may be required based on business needs. The current base annual hourly range for this role is currently: $22.90-34.34Pay scales are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members. The Company offers employees and their families, medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to participate in the Company's 401k plan. Employees will also receive eight (8) hours of vacation leave every month and (13) paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
