Responsibilities Are you a detail-oriented finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment? Peraton is looking for a Program Finance Associate to join our team and play a critical role in managing the financial health of complex government programs. In this role, you'll be at the intersection of finance, operations, and program execution - partnering with project managers, subcontractors, and government customers to ensure every dollar is tracked, forecasted, and reported with precision. Own end-to-end program financial management, including budget analysis, forecasting, and invoicing to meet contractual and project requirements.

Target Salary Range $51,000 - $82,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
