AIT is seeking driven sales individuals with a growth mindset that want to work for one of the best and fastest growing global logistics providers in the 3PL industry.

Senior Global Account Executives work in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about hunting for new business opportunities. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying and securing new clients, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. You will be held accountable for making a strong impact in establishing and maintaining positive relationships as earning our customers' trust is one of our top core values at AIT. While domiciled within a geographical location, the Senior Global Account Executive will target supply chain leaders with multi-million-dollar logistics opportunities that expand a global reach.

Accountable to directly identify and initiate global business development opportunities through an established network of industry contacts that provide sustained and profitable revenue streams across multiple services.

• Develop and execute a business plan that will achieve sales quota and budget as defined by the company.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

• Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, showcasing our services and solutions.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Present an array of logistics solutions that enable numerous entry points into accounts.

• Provide regular sales reports, forecasts and KPI updates to sales management.
• The wage range for this position is $127,460.00-$220,940.00 and may vary based on geography as well as relative knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience.

Education Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience.

Experience Qualifications

• Six (6) or more years' global freight forwarding sales experience is required. Operational Freight Forwarding experience a big plus!

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Proven track record of leading successful sales deals in a commission environment, targeting supply chain leaders with multi-million-dollar opportunities that expand a global reach, while exceeding sales goals and budget.

• Extensive experience of international logistics and supply chain solutions.

• Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills with the ability to be persuasive to negotiate with a strong business acumen.

• Adaptable to rapid and frequent changes to address the needs of clients and goals of AIT.

• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to develop new ideas and innovative solutions.

• High drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new business opportunities.

• Strong time management, organizational and analytical skills.

• Enthusiastic and passionate desire for continuous personal and professional development, training and team building.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• High level of professional and customer service orientation.

• Strong computer skills in MS office, CRM and other sales tools.

In addition to your base compensation, you may be eligible for commissions up to 6% based on specific sales goals and objectives (dependent on position).
