Tria Federal (Tria) is seeking a Project Analyst I to enhance administrative and operational support services for our federal customer at the Navy Bureau of Medicine and Surgery (BUMED) in Falls Church, Virginia.

This position will join a team of administrative professionals supporting healthcare operations, program management, analysis, research, education programs, correspondence/task management, and military healthcare related policies and programs.

The successful candidate will support BUMED Clinical Operations, Policy and Standards and the Office of the Chief Medical Officer (OCMO), which are charged by the Navy Surgeon General to promote safe, quality healthcare, operational readiness, force development, Sailor and Marine deployability, and delivery of the future Naval Medical Force. Supported programs include OCMO; Quality, Safety, and Leadership Academy (QSLA); Women's Health; Trauma Strategy; Emergency Medical Services; Dental Services; Pharmacy Services; Navy Medicine Operational Clinical Communities; and Medical Research and Development.



  • Hybrid position: approximately 10% on-site / 90% remote, with on-site support at BUMED, Falls Church, VA.
  • Work hours may require flexibility to support Navy Medicine stakeholders across multiple time zones.
  • Travel: 25% or less; some positions may require CONUS or OCONUS travel.
  • Secret clearance requirements apply in accordance with the contract.
  • Opportunity is contingent upon award.


Job Description/Responsibilities



  • Support day-to-day project administration, action tracking, research, reporting, meeting coordination, and stakeholder communication.
  • Maintain project schedules, trackers, rosters, action items, risks, issues, and supporting documentation.
  • Assist with COPS staffing/onboarding administration, training-status tracking, GFE information, monthly reporting, and deliverables.
  • Support clinical/business modernization projects, training events, site visits, conferences, data calls, and dashboard activities.
  • Collect and organize project and performance information for reports and leadership briefings.
  • Assist with SharePoint/knowledge management and document control.
  • Perform research and basic analysis to help project teams resolve issues and complete time-sensitive requirements.


Minimum Qualifications



  • 0-5 years of project administration, program support, healthcare operations, or related experience.
  • Strong organizational, research, reporting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Ability to maintain electronic trackers, schedules, records, and action logs.
  • Familiarity with military regulations and federal administrative processes preferred.


Requirements:



  • Secret Clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, public health, management, communications, or related field.
  • 0-5 years relevant experience.


Preferred Experience and Background:



  • Military health environment, an understanding of the military organization, understanding of military health data.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Excellent skills in multitasking, prioritization and planning, schedule management, and the coordination of complex executive functions.
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Possess strong editorial and writing skills and a keen understanding of different audiences.
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills.
