Overview What You Will Do As the Manager of Engineering, you will lead and oversee the Engineering and VDC department, ensuring excellence in project execution, team performance, and technical innovation. You will set strategic direction for the department, support operational efficiency, and drive quality standards in alignment with customer expectations and business goals. This role requires close collaboration with leadership, project management, and field teams to deliver safe, compliant, and cost-effective engineering solutions. A Typical Day at Prime Controls
