Koch Ag & Energy Solutions (KAES) is seeking a Summer 2027 Supply Chain Intern who is excited about discovering their passions and potential while gaining real experience that creates value for our customers. You'll have the opportunity to support KAES and/or one of our companies: Koch Fertilizer, Koch Agronomic Services, and Koch Methanol.

What You Will Do

Koch Fertilizer

  • Partner with supply chain, commercial, logistics, and operations teams to support the efficient movement of products and deliver value to customers.
  • Analyze inventory positions, supply plans, transportation trends, and operational constraints to support business decisions.
  • Collaborate across teams to forecast demand, improve product flow, and balance customer needs with business priorities.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives that strengthen customer service, asset utilization, and supply chain performance.

Koch Agronomic Services

  • Support supply and demand analysis, planning activities, and commercial processes that help connect products with customer and distributor needs.
  • Analyze data related to markets, distributors, inventory, and product movement to identify opportunities for improved execution.
  • Assist with sales and operations strategies while helping improve data accuracy, reporting, and planning tools.
  • Use analytics tools and technology, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), to improve processes and support better decision making.

Koch Methanol

  • Coordinate with commercial planners, terminals, carriers, customers, and transportation partners to support reliable product movement.
  • Analyze supply chain and logistics data to identify risks, improve execution, and support customer service.
  • Help balance changing business needs, customer demand, transportation capacity, and inventory positions across the supply chain.
  • Leverage data, systems, and technology to create efficiencies and support the ongoing transformation of transportation operations.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Enrolled in a degree or alternative program. (e.g., 4 year college program, 2 year technical college program, certificate program, upskilling program, etc.)
  • Eligible for full-time employment before or by May 2029.
  • Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Enrolled in a degree or certificate program related to Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Agricultural Business, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience with logistics, inventory, transportation, planning, agriculture, manufacturing, or process improvement.
  • Previous work or internship experience.
  • Experience with data analytics platforms, business process technology, and basic coding or reporting tools such as Power BI, Alteryx, or Tableau.
