Job Summary The Reporting & Consolidation Manager is a key role within the finance organization. This role will help drive the timely and accurate filings of all the of the Company's SEC documents and oversee the Company's global consolidation process. This role requires a passion for excellence, an understanding of SEC regulations, a solid foundation in global consolidations, strong attention to detail and a keen focus on continuous process improvement. This role partners closely with the FP&A, legal, treasury, investor relations, general ledger teams, external auditors as well as a broader group of global business teams in order to provide guidance on reporting and consolidation topics and transactions. Compensation: The anticipated salary range for this position is $115,000 - $160,000 plus benefits. Actual placement within the range is dependent on multiple factors, including but not limited to skills, education, and experience. This position also qualifies for up to 10% annual bonus based on Company, department, and individual performance. Some travel (10%) is necessary, so the ability to operate a motor vehicle and maintain a valid Driver's license is required.
