Description
The Connectivity Specialist is a Product Link hardware/software field specialist. This position will focus on developing and implementing plans to maintain, repair and install Product Link hardware on TTCo and customer-owned machines in the field. This position will work closely with members of the Customer Solutions team to strategize, schedule, and connect equipment as a part of our doubling services initiative. This position will also interact with various TTCo, CAT, and customers daily to resolve issues related to Product Link connectivity. The Connectivity Specialist will demonstrate initiative, commitment to teamwork, enthusiasm for customer service, and dedication to finding solutions in an efficient manner. This position can be based out of any Earthmoving branch in Thompson Tractor territory.
Work is normally performed on location at customer sites or on location of customer job sites. Exposure to physical risk and all-weather conditions are associated with this position. Standing on hard surfaces for extended periods of time is often required. Some overnight travel is required. Behaviors

Experience
Candidates for this position should possess strong mechanical aptitude, knowledge of Thompson Tractor operating system, and have good communication skills. Experience using personal computers including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and basic typing skills are required for this position. (required)
