SUMMARY:

Partners with the business owners and Information Technology Applications manager toutilizeidentity access management solutions for user identities,authenticationand authorizationtoresources.Streamlines andhelpsautomate access processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of access provisioning. Supports the Bank's workforce by ensuringtimelyandaccurateadministration and management of access privileges.

Provides efficient administration of user access to those systemsmaintainedby the Bank's Operation team.

Coordinates across business lines and Information Technology Applications team toidentifyaccess requirements andassistsin integrating these requirements into identity access management tools and processes.

Analyzes Security Administration processes and workflows, recommends ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness, and helps implementthe solutions.

Establishes and analyzes identities,rolesand accessassignment- Develops andmaintainsrole-based access control.

Supports identity access management tools; ensures incident investigation and resolution.

Reviews, develops, andmaintainssecurity administration's processes and procedures.

Configures, analyzes, andmaintainsIdentity Access Management (IAM) product and ensures high efficiency and effectiveness of the tool.

Coordinatestimely incidentand problemresolutionwith vendors.

Recommends,analyzesand supports integration ofadditionalsystems/applications to an IAM.

Recommends,analyzesand supports integration ofadditionalsystems and applications to Active Directory - LDAP.

Assistsin coaching and training other staff members on identity management functions.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

Banking is a highly regulated industry and you will be expected to acquire and maintain a proficiency in the bank'spolicies and procedures, and adhere to all laws, rules and regulations that are applicable to your conduct and the work you will be performing. You will also be expected to complete all assigned compliance trainingin a timely manner.

Proficiencywith Microsoft Office applicationsrequired.

Working knowledge of Active Directory, preferred.

Working knowledge of Sail Point (IAM) solutions, preferred.

Working knowledge of programming like Java, SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PowerShell, preferred.

Technical knowledge of Windows operating systems, a plus.

Information Technology related technical certificationsa plus.

Associate's Degree in Computer Scienceor computer-related field and two years of related. experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience,required.

Possesses wide-ranging experience in Identity Management and Identity Governance, preferred.

Experience or training in data exchange formats like JSON, XML, REST, and SOAP, preferred.
