#Careers JC-1485332 Responsibilities Scrum Adoption and Team Coaching Lead the organization's adoption and implementation of Scrum. Coach employees and stakeholders on Scrum principles and empirical product development. Improve Scrum Team productivity by recommending organizational changes, helping the Product Owner organize the Product Backlog to maximize value, facilitating Scrum events when needed, and coaching the Development Team to become self-organizing and cross-functional.
