Job Description

In this role, you will lead the planning and execution of medium- and small-scale integrated marketing projects across North America.

You'll partner with project leads, marketing managers, and channel leads to translate project briefs into clear scopes, workback schedules, milestones, ownership structures, and deliverable plans. This includes coordinating cross-functional workstreams, sequencing campaign components, managing timelines and dependencies, and ensuring deliverables are completed on schedule.

You will build and maintain project plans, trackers, meeting cadences, status updates, and shared documentation using Asana and related tools. You will identify risks, gaps, resource constraints, and changes in scope early; recommend practical paths forward; and escalate decisions when necessary.

You will also facilitate project meetings, document decisions and action items, and follow up with stakeholders to maintain accountability. You will support consistent project-management practices, templates, and workflows that strengthen cross-functional collaboration, improve operational efficiency, and provide reliable visibility into project health.

The Marketing Management team supports the planning and delivery of marketing strategies across regions. The team serves as a central connector among marketing, creative, product, channel, and external partners, coordinating timelines, workflows, and priorities to bring integrated campaigns and brand moments to life.

Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, project management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

Background in integrated marketing, brand marketing, marketing operations, campaign project management, agency account or project management, or related disciplines

Experience using project-management platforms such as Asana, Jira, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or similar tools

Project-management certification, such as PMP, CAPM, Agile, Scrum, or similar, is preferred but not required

The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $42-$45/per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length-of-service and hours requirements.
