Job Description

10+ years of experience in Application Support, Production Support, and IT Operations within enterprise environments.

Required Skill Set:

* Distributed Application Development, Support, and Operations

* Application Availability, Performance, Incident, Change, Problem, and Capacity Management

* Containerization Technologies and Orchestration Platforms (Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift)

* DevOps and CI/CD Tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI/CD)

* Cloud Platforms (AWS preferred)

* Monitoring and Observability Tools (DataDog, CloudWatch)

* ITSM Processes and Tools

* Defect and Work Management Tools (Jira)

* Strong Customer Relationship and Stakeholder Management

* Production Support Governance and SLA Management
