Position Summary The Cashier supports the 'ammatka Kitchen at the Lawrence Hall of Science, the home of UC Berkeley's 'ottoy Initiative, which offers multiple culinary experiences designed to foster understanding of and respect for Ohlone people and culture. This position provides a high level of customer service to Cafe customers and co-workers, operating a point-of-sale system and ensuring financial accountability. This position welcomes candidates who have demonstrated the capacity to create inclusive work environments, work effectively on diverse teams, and serve the diverse communities with whom the department currently works and wants to attract.
