Are you an exceptionally creative professional with a profound background in spatial design, eager to transform physical spaces into captivating narratives? This is an extraordinary opportunity to leverage your unique 3D spatial perspective, translating storefronts into multi-dimensional, architectural storytelling environments. You will be instrumental in conceptualizing and bringing to life high-profile Holiday and Seasonal installations that truly captivate audiences, turning passing pedestrians into enchanted spectators through the masterful use of light, structural depth, scale, and material layering.

What You'll Do



  • Develop compelling seasonal storyboards, innovative visual concepts, and detailed 3D mockups for upcoming visual campaigns and flagship storefront windows, setting the stage for truly unforgettable brand experiences.
  • Apply advanced 3D spatial design principles, including precise control over scale, proportion, lighting, sightlines, and depth, to maximize the high-impact real estate of storefront window frames.
  • Select, source, and rigorously test innovative materials, prop elements, kinetic features, sophisticated lighting setups, and spatial fixtures, ensuring your creative vision aligns seamlessly with budget and structural safety standards.
  • Collaborate closely with external fabricators, skilled prop makers, print vendors, and local store build teams, meticulously overseeing construction to ensure designs translate flawlessly from CAD renderings to stunning physical reality.
  • Lead hands-on, on-site setup and installation of complex window environments, often requiring tight turnarounds, precise spatial assembly, and efficient execution during evening or off-hour installations.
  • Plan, execute, and decommission rapid seasonal turnarounds, such as Holiday spectacles, Spring Flagship displays, and Brand Takeovers, ensuring seamless transitions that enhance the retail experience without disrupting operations.


What You'll Bring

Must-Have Qualifications



  • A compelling portfolio showcasing proven, impactful experience in window design, visual merchandising, trade show installations, scenic design, or spatial experience design.
  • Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software, such as SketchUp, Rhino, Blender, or Vectorworks, alongside expert-level command of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Strong working knowledge of physical scale, critical sightlines, sophisticated color theory, cutting-edge retail lighting techniques, and dynamic prop placement.
  • A solid understanding of spatial fabrication techniques, structural integrity, hanging weight limits, advanced lighting rigs, and a commitment to sustainable/reusable material choices.
  • Demonstrated ability to expertly manage complex production timelines, cultivate strong vendor relationships, and navigate budgetary constraints while consistently delivering pristine artistic output under firm retail deadlines.

  • Proven experience in creating truly impactful Holiday display work that captivates and delights.
