Position Summary RSM's Financial Investigations & Dispute Advisory Services (FIDS) practice is seeking a Manager to help lead and expand our Forensic Data Analytics & Technology capability. This role is ideal for a professional with a combination of forensic accounting, investigations, litigation support, data analytics, and technology experience who is passionate about using advanced analytical techniques to solve complex business, regulatory, and legal challenges. The Manager will lead engagements involving forensic investigations, fraud examinations, litigation support, regulatory matters, compliance reviews, forensic technology, eDiscovery, and large-scale data analytics. They will work collaboratively with attorneys, corporate legal departments, audit committees, boards of directors, compliance functions, regulators, and executive management to analyze complex data sets, identify key facts and trends, and develop defensible conclusions. In addition to traditional forensic and investigative work, this role will help drive RSM's broader development and adoption of AI-enabled analytics, workflow automation, advanced data engineering solutions, and emerging forensic technologies.
