Job Description Shift: Day Schedule:7 AM to 3:30 PM; Monday to Friday The Maintenance Support Coordinator will promote the efficient functioning of the maintenance and technical teams by performing day-to-day inventory and labor scheduling tasks and supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of projects. Most tasks will be in a climate-controlled work environment. Duties and Responsibilities: Perform cycle counts on parts and supply inventory Purchase parts and supplies from suppliers via PO or purchase card Develop good relationships with key suppliers to support business continuity Ensure parts and supply storage areas stay clean and organized Collect and preserve documentation related to compliance Assist with labor and materials planning for routine tasks and projects Assist with work order distribution and management Identify and escalate continuous improvement opportunities in the procedures, systems, and practices of the maintenance department. Coordinate with other teams within the plant on projects Qualifications Required: 1+ years of experience as a lead, supervisor, or manager 2+ years of inventory management, scheduling, or purchasing experience Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook High School Diploma or GED Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business or supply chain-related field is preferred Schedule: The plant is continuously in operation 24/7. The schedule is 7 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday. Overtime will be required at times.
