Hexcel is currently seeking a Sr. HRIS Analyst for our Amesbury, MA location. Other potential locations include Salt Lake City, UT, Casa Grande, AZ or Decatur, AL. This role offers a hybrid work environment (3 days in the office/2 days at home) plus travel as needed to US Hexcel sites. As a Sr. HRIS Analyst, you will sit at the intersection of people, technology, and business transformation at a global aerospace company. You'll play a pivotal role in delivering a high-impact UKG Time & Attendance implementation, helping create a seamless employee experience while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and operational excellence across our workforce. As a key member of the HRIS Technology Team, you won't just support systems, you'll influence how work gets done. From partnering with HR, Payroll, Legal, and Operations leaders to designing solutions that improve efficiency and employee experience, you'll be a trusted expert driving meaningful change across the organization. Your work will directly impact critical processes such as time tracking, absence management, payroll accuracy, and workforce compliance, creating lasting value for both employees and the business.
