Position Title: Supervisor - 3rd Shift
Wage: Based on Experience Shift: 3rd Hours: 10:00pm - 6:30am (Sunday - Thursday) Our client in Windsor, WI is seeking an experienced 3rd Shift Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment. This position is responsible for overseeing shift activities, driving productivity, maintaining quality standards, promoting workplace safety, and supporting employee development. Supervisor Responsibilities: - Lead and support production employees on assigned shift - Ensure production, quality, and safety goals are achieved - Troubleshoot equipment and production issues - Coordinate staffing, training, and workflow priorities - Maintain production records and shift documentation - Promote continuous improvement and adherence to company policies Requirements for Supervisor: - Previous manufacturing leadership or supervisory experience - Strong communication, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills - Ability to read production specifications and use quality measurement tools - Forklift experience and knowledge of lockout/tagout procedures preferred - High school diploma or equivalent IND345 Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions has the resources of a large company but the feel and personalized customer service of a small one.
