Position Title: Director of Engineering
Wage: Based on Experience Are you an engineering leader who excels at building high-performing teams, driving new product development, and creating structure within growing organizations? We're partnering with a well-established manufacturer in Oak Creek, WI seeking a Director of Engineering to lead a small multi-disciplinary engineering team and drive innovation across a specialized industrial product portfolio. Reporting directly to executive leadership, this is a highly visible role with the opportunity to shape engineering strategy, improve execution, and make a lasting impact on the business.
