Position Title: Production Team Member
Wage: $16.50/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 6:00am - 4:00pm (Monday - Thursday, With Mandatory Fridays and Every Other Saturday as Needed) Reached a dead end at your current job? This is a potential to hire position for 1st shift. Apply now! Production Team Member Responsibilities: - Follow Standard Process Instructions (SPI), work instructions, and operating procedures to ensure that parts are produced/processed to required specifications. - Perform initial inspection - Verify weights and measurements of parts - Record data into computer systems - Sort parts into bins that are needed - Load and unload parts at presses, furnaces, and deburring units - Coin and dip parts to prevent parts from rusting in rust preventative liquid - Package parts based on specifications - Adhere to all safety procedures - Maintain a clean and tidy work environment. - Complete training requirements as specified within the levels program Requirements for Production Team Member: - Able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs - Able to stand for 8-12 hr. shift, move from area to area, and reach with hands and arms - Able to work in moderately hot conditions (75-100 degrees) IND028 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
