Position Title: Painter Wage: $20.00/Hour Shift: 1st Shift Hours: 04:30 AM - 02:30 PM Monday - Thursday Are your skills not being fully utilized? Reach your maximum potential by working with QPS! Painter Responsibilities: - Safe operation of machines and tools - Live and promote the Ariens Core Values and 15 Principles - Work as part of a team having responsibility for painting outdoor power equipment - Paint parts in accordance to the specifications - Will need to wear a paint suit and hood when painting - Handles raw materials and/or parts and places in designated location - Operates equipment needed to perform the job - Strict adherence to standard work - Assist team members in other areas if needed to meet daily production goals - Completes operator preventative maintenance on equipment - Ability to problem solve effectively - Ability to communicate Requirements for Painter: - Ability to stand and/or walk for 8+ hours a day - Must be able to use hands to position parts in place - Able to lift up to 35 pounds at varying frequencies - Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment - Ability to work as part of a team - Desire for personal development and growth - Must complete respirator questionnaire QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
