Position Title: Fulfillment Agent
Wage: $19.00/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 6:30am-3:00pm QPS Employment Group is hiring a Fulfillment Agent for a company in Cedar Rapids, IA. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying busy and takes pride in accuracy and quality. The Fulfillment Agent plays an important role in making sure customer orders are correct, properly packaged, and ready to ship on time. This is a potential to hire opportunity on 1st shift. Fulfillment Agent Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and damage before shipment - Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders according to specifications - Generate shipping labels and verify shipping paperwork - Process invoices and verify billing, pricing, and tax information - Maintain inventory accuracy, restock products, and report discrepancies - Coordinate shipments with carriers and internal departments - Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area - Assist with additional warehouse and fulfillment duties as needed Fulfillment Agent Requirements: - Previous warehouse, shipping, fulfillment, or distribution experience preferred - Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality - Basic computer skills and ability to learn shipping software - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Reliable attendance and strong work ethic - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly - Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, twist, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift - Willingness to work mandatory overtime as needed QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
