Availability Requirement

Successful candidates must meet all minimum requirements and be available to work Monday through Saturday (closed Sunday). Operating hours are from 4 AM and 11PM with shift time ranging daily from 4 to 10 hours with a 40-hour guarantee per week for full-time drivers.

Driver Minimum Requirements

• Be available to work full-time each week
• Pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screen and DOT Physical
• Valid Driver's License with a Clean Driving Record Required
• At least a CDL Class C with a Passenger Endorsement? Get Fast-Tracked Through the training process
• Strong Customer Service, Communication, and Decision-Making Skills
• Ability to Safely Operate a Transit Vehicle on Fixed Routes and Schedules

Have a CDL with a Passenger (P) Endorsement?

Receive a $2,500 Sign-On Bonus - If you already hold a valid CDL with a Passenger Endorsement and meet MV Transportation's hiring requirements, you may be eligible for a $2,000 Sign-On Bonus!

Need a CDL and/or Passenger Endorsement?

No CDL? Or no Passenger Endorsement? No problem. MV Transportation offers a Paid CDL and/or Passenger Endorsement Training Program for qualified applicants. We'll help you obtain the credentials needed to start a rewarding career as a professional Bus Driver.

Driver Minimum Requirements:

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and DOT physical.
• Must have a CDL (A, B, or C) with Passenger Endorsement or willing to obtain a CLP with Passenger Endorsement prior to the start of training.
• Must be available to work any shift between 4:00 AM and 11:00 PM, Monday through Saturday
• Possess excellent customer service, communication and decision-making skills.
• Ability to safely operate a transit vehicle and provide dependable transportation service
