About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual for a temporary, dual-function role that uniquely blends meticulous data management with essential technical support. This dynamic position offers a singular opportunity to be at the forefront of data integrity and operational continuity within a critical healthcare environment. You will be instrumental in safeguarding vital medical records and bolstering the technical infrastructure that underpins crucial operations. Your precision, technical acumen, and dedication will directly influence the efficiency and accuracy of essential medical services, ensuring that vital information is managed flawlessly and that technical systems supporting patient care run smoothly, making a real difference in people's lives every single day.

What You Will Do



  • Process historical records and accurately input medical data into specialized computer systems, ensuring impeccable data quality.
  • Flag, correct, and electronically release units under clinical supervision, maintaining rigorous data precision.
  • Scan confidential medical history documents and patient charts into advanced document imaging systems.
  • Conduct thorough audits of digital imaging logs for accuracy and meticulously organize physical files for off-site storage using detailed tracking protocols.
  • Troubleshoot a variety of desktop, laptop, and tablet hardware/software issues to proactively maintain operational continuity.
  • Provide essential assistance with local computer/printer networking and expertly set up cellular routers and VPN access.
  • Configure and manage specialized data collection devices across mobile units and centers, executing precise setup tasks for data extraction and system configuration.
  • Perform diligent self and team audits against end-of-shift reports to uphold the integrity of critical databases.
  • Manage general office administration and critical records management tasks with exceptional organization.


Required Qualifications



  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Proven data entry experience showcasing high speed, exceptional accuracy, and strong attention to detail.
  • Hands-on technical proficiency with Windows 11 OS, Remote Desktop Access, computer and printer networking, cellular routers, and VPN configuration.
  • Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills across various devices, including desktops, laptops, and tablets.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, enabling clear and effective interaction.
  • Strong organizational abilities and critical thinking skills to manage complex tasks efficiently.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must not require sponsorship of any kind for the duration of the assignment.
  • Must be able to work on a W-2 basis (C2C or 1099 is not permitted for this position).


Preferred Qualifications



  • Prior experience within a healthcare or bio-tech environment, particularly with specialized computer systems or document imaging systems.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and regulatory compliance standards such as FDA and HIPAA.
