- You will lead reliability, compliance, quality, and safety programs; ensure employees are fully trained in, committed to, and conduct their activities in accordance with all aspects of Linde policies and procedures; ensure required government and environmental regulations are met; and manage operational and capital budgets while serving as the primary point of contact for customers and joint venture partners
- Manage and escalate, as required, equipment, product quality, and delivery issues

- Adhere to all corporate and plant policies, including OSHA PSM, EPA RMP, and TCEQ air, water, and waste regulations.

What makes you great
- You have ten years of experience in an industrial plant environment, including production, distribution, safety, and/or plant maintenance
- Have five years of experience directly managing and developing employees with demonstrated results.
- Knowledgeable in Process Safety Management (PSM) standards and procedures governing the safe operation of EPA RMP- and PSM-covered facilities
- Moreover, you have experience leading operations in a PSM-covered process, which is preferred
- You are experienced working in a matrix organization, which is preferred
