| Essential Job Duties |
Serve as the primary creative director responsible for overseeing all creative content (video, photography, graphic design, social media) ideation, creation, and delivery strategies for the football program.
Responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to:
- Coordinates the creative direction, ideation, plans, estimates and timetables for football content
- Creation and distribution on social media channels, website, video boards and other external facing channels
- In collaboration with other athletic external units, help direct and guide messaging strategy and storytelling for the football program
- Coordinates the main creative content calendar for football, including sponsored content
- Oversight of all football day to day and game day creative operations and content collection - including but not limited to practices, workouts, team travel, in-game, pre-game & post-game
- Collaborate with coaching staff to produce internal highlight and motivational content
- Collaborate with recruiting staff to produce intentional and innovative content for the player acquisition process
- Coordinates the organization and archiving of all yearly creative content into athletic department storage platforms
- Oversight of the student creative intern program to include
- selection and onboarding
- expectations and compliance
- mentoring, training and development
- Oversee the forecasting, creating and tracking the football creative budget
- Purchasing and inventory of all equipment, technology, materials, and supplies
- Any other duties assigned by the General Manager and Head Coach
- Follow all compliance related rules of NC State University, NCAA & ACC

Qualifications
| Minimum Education and Experience |
- Bachelor's degree and minimum of two years of video production experience related to area of assignment or an equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.

| Other Required Qualifications |
- Two years of experience capturing and editing football video content at the collegiate or professional level.
- Knowledge and experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
- Knowledge and experience with professional camera equipment.
- Knowledge and experience archiving creative content (photo, video, graphic) using ShareBrowser or similar software.
- Understanding of NCAA rules and regulations.

| Preferred Qualifications |
- Proven success producing creative and innovative multi-media content.
- Experience in a wide range of multi-media production platforms (web sites, social media, animation, video and graphic design).
- Knowledge of a collegiate athletics department and the NCAA structure.
