Manage Admissions Programs and Systems

  • Lead the Dean's Scholars selection process and recruitment activities connected to pre-college partnerships.
  • Participate in admissions and enrollment committees, including the Global Scholarship Committee.
  • Collaborate with Student Affairs and Advocacy to connect recruitment and enrollment efforts with student engagement.

Lead People and Programs

  • Supervise, mentor, and develop professional and student staff.
  • Lead the Student Ambassador program, including selection, training, development, and engagement.
  • Strengthen admissions processes, practices, and operations within the Office of Undergraduate Programs.

Build Partnerships and Manage Resources

  • Serve as a primary liaison with EMAS and represent Poole College on university enrollment initiatives and committees.
  • Manage the undergraduate admissions budget and allocate resources to support recruitment and yield priorities.
  • Collaborate across the College to advance enrollment goals and advise leadership on admissions trends, opportunities, and emerging needs.

Other Responsibilities

  • Active participation in unit programs and events (numerous evenings and weekends required).
  • Assistance with academic advising as needed (registration advising sessions and orientations).
  • Supervision of various student workers in office.
  • Leader in website development.
