About the Opportunity

We are seeking a talented professional to provide essential operational, analytical, and program management support for a high-impact business operations team. Key Responsibilities



  • Lead the monthly refresh of organizational Key Results, coordinating with team leads to report status by deadlines and preparing comprehensive summary presentations for executive review.
  • Manage headcount trends and executive management reporting, including timely dashboard updates, weekly management communications, and detailed monthly executive reports.
  • Conduct insightful ad-hoc analyses related to critical operational and strategic initiatives, providing essential data to inform key decisions.
  • Provide crucial support for team members by assisting with operational reporting and analysis activities, ensuring seamless and continuous operations.
  • Drive efficiency through core program management responsibilities, actively identifying and implementing process improvements and leveraging AI-enabled solutions.


Required Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in business operations, program management, or financial planning within a complex, cross-functional organization.
  • Proven ability to manage and improve rhythm of business (ROB) processes, including leadership reviews, financial reporting, and organizational planning.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with extensive experience using tools like Excel, Power BI, or similar for data visualization and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of driving alignment and clarity across diverse teams.
  • Experience in business management, operations, finance, or program management.


Preferred Qualifications



  • Experience in engineering environments.
  • Familiarity with Power BI, Microsoft Copilot (or other AI tools), GitHub, and/or Azure DevOps.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in ambiguous environments.
  • Enthusiasm for leveraging AI tools and automation solutions to continuously improve business processes.
