About the Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused individual ready to be the backbone of our daily IT operations. In this exciting role, you will handle everything from hands-on hardware preparation and inventory control to providing top-tier support for our end users. If you are a proactive problem solver who excels at both the technical and interpersonal sides of IT support, ready to dive in and make a difference from day one, we want to hear from you! Your contributions will directly ensure our teams have the reliable technology they need to keep operations running smoothly, impacting our ability to deliver essential products to millions.

What You Will Do



  • Imaging laptops and tablets, ensuring new devices are ready for immediate use.
  • Assist with critical IT logistical tasks, including receiving equipment, meticulous inventory management, and maintaining an organized IT storage environment.
  • Execute day-to-day responsibilities effectively under the guidance of IT leadership.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to end users, leveraging strong technical skills and empathetic communication.
  • Accurately document all incoming IT issues and efficiently route them to the appropriate support teams for timely resolution.
  • Escalate complex issues to specialized IT teams as needed, ensuring continuous support and problem-solving.


Required Skills & Experience



  • CompTIA A+ certification preferred, or 0-2 years of equivalent technical experience.
  • Recent graduates or early-career candidates eager to build foundational IT experience are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Demonstrated strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with all levels of staff.


Nice-to-Have Skills



  • Experience in a call center or phone support environment.
