Territory Manager - Patient Safety | OK territory

Build relationships. Solve clinical challenges. Grow your territory. Help protect patients.

TIDI Products is looking for an accomplished Territory Manager to grow our presence within acute care facilities across theterritory.

This is an opportunity for a driven, consultative sales professional who enjoys building relationships with healthcare decision-makers, uncovering clinical needs, and turning those needs into solutions that make a meaningful difference for caregivers and patients.

As Territory Manager, you will own the strategy and performance of your territory-developing new business, expanding existing accounts, and building long-term partnerships with hospitals and health systems. You'll also partner closely with a Clinical Account Manager and other TIDI resources, giving you support to successfully implement solutions, educate customers, and grow accounts.

At TIDI, our purpose is simple:

We Support Caregivers and Protect Patients.

What You'll Own:

Grow the Territory

  • Develop and execute a territory strategy to achieve or exceed sales goals.
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within hospitals and acute care facilities.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers and influencers, including clinicians, purchasing, supply chain, infection prevention, and hospital leadership.
  • Identify opportunities to expand product utilization and introduce additional TIDI solutions within existing accounts.
  • Develop regional and IDN opportunities in partnership with the Regional Sales Manager and Health Systems Directors.

Build Strong Customer Partnerships

  • Serve as a trusted resource to customers by understanding their clinical and operational challenges and connecting them with appropriate TIDI solutions.
  • Maintain and grow existing accounts through purposeful customer visits, communication, education, and follow-up.
  • Navigate complex hospital sales processes and effectively manage sales cycles that typically range from 3-6 months.
  • Create and manage customer agreements involving capital equipment and disposable products.
  • Manage customer expectations throughout evaluation, trial, implementation, and ongoing use.

Bring Solutions to Life

  • Conduct product demonstrations, in-services, and clinical training in accordance with approved product claims and instructions for use.
  • Partner with TIDI's Clinical Resource Team and Clinical Account Manager to deliver effective customer education and implementation support.
  • Identify clinical inefficiencies and demonstrate how TIDI solutions can improve workflows and support caregivers and patients.
  • Help customers successfully move from product evaluation to adoption and sustained utilization.

Own Your Business

  • Build and maintain a healthy opportunity pipeline in Salesforce.
  • Maintain accurate territory plans, account profiles, opportunities, and sales activity.
  • Use data and market insights to prioritize opportunities and make informed territory decisions.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed territory sales quota.
  • Maintain appropriate vendor credentialing required by customer facilities.
  • Represent TIDI at regional and national meetings, customer events, and training programs.
  • Operate in accordance with applicable medical device regulatory requirements, including FDA, HIPAA, and Sunshine Act requirements.

What Will Make You Successful

We're looking for someone who combines sales drive, clinical curiosity, business acumen, and relationship-building ability.

You may be a strong fit if you have:

  • 3-5+ years of successful hospital, medical device, healthcare, or clinical experience.
  • Experience selling into hospital accounts and navigating multiple clinical and business stakeholders.
  • A demonstrated ability to develop new business and expand existing customer relationships.
  • Consultative selling experience with the ability to uncover needs and position solutions rather than simply sell products.
  • Experience managing a territory and developing a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Confidence conducting product demonstrations, presentations, clinical education, or in-services.
  • Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and move opportunities from initial conversation through implementation.
  • Strong business acumen, organization, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems; Salesforce experience is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with clinical, sales, and corporate partners.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a changing healthcare environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% within the territory and meet customer credentialing requirements.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field; OR
  • Associate degree in a clinical field combined with relevant clinical experience; OR
  • Equivalent combination of education and significant healthcare/medical sales experience.
  • We recognize that great candidates don't always follow the same career path. If your experience has prepared you to build relationships, navigate hospital environments, and grow a healthcare territory, we'd like to hear from you.
