The Opportunity: UX Writer (Ads Platform)

We are searching for an experienced UX Writer who is deeply passionate about user experience design and eager to drive the evolution of advertising interfaces. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in developing the voice and tone for new provider- and consumer-facing tools, while also refining existing user interface copy. You will collaborate closely with talented designers to influence deliverables and processes, ensuring every word contributes to an amazing user experience. Your work will extend beyond design, partnering with engineers, marketers, and other cross-functional teams to deliver successful products that resonate with customers and achieve business objectives. What You'll Do



  • Collaborate intimately with the Design team to resolve complex UI challenges, translating product requirements into clear, concise, and compelling copy.
  • Engage with Product teams, providing valuable feedback, contributing innovative ideas, and working together to enhance content performance.
  • Take ownership of the copy deck, establishing and maintaining efficient processes for reviews and handoff to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Contribute significantly to the development of a comprehensive design system, defining logic and rules for diverse content use cases.
  • Actively participate in design reviews and product meetings, confidently representing and advocating for the strategic implementation of voice and tone.
  • Play a key role in quality assurance, specifically for copy, and meticulously file bugs as needed to maintain high standards.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer goals, business requirements, and technical constraints, skillfully navigating project parameters to deliver effective solutions.


Required Qualifications



  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience and familiarity writing for advertising and/or monetization platforms.
  • Proven ability to work with and create wireframes and functional specifications, integrating copy seamlessly into design flows.
  • Expertise in writing original copy, editing existing content, and thinking holistically about the user experience beyond just words, incorporating feedback from diverse team members.
  • A track record of effectively managing and prioritizing several projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
