We are hiring a Union Pressman in Cincinnati!

Key Responsibilities



  • Assist with Set-up: Help mount printing plates, blankets, or cylinders and adjust press tolerances.
  • Manage Materials: Load sheets into the press, and obtain, mix, or fill ink fountains.
  • Monitor Quality: Pull proofs, check for ink coverage, alignment, and registration, and inspect ongoing print runs for defects.
  • Perform Maintenance: Clean ink fountains, plates, and cylinders after jobs, and help lubricate or make minor repairs to machinery.
  • Learn Operations: Study workstation controls, safety rules, and troubleshooting steps to advance toward a full press operator role.



Qualifications & Skills



  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Mechanical Aptitude: Basic skill with hand tools and a strong comfort level around heavy industrial machinery.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long shifts, bend, and lift heavy stock or equipment parts.
  • Attention to Detail: Good color perception and focus to spot alignment or ink density errors early.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $30.00 - $33.76 USD hourly. Ultimately, in determining pay, we will consider the successful candidate's location, experience, and other job-related factors.
