You can design a career you'll love from top to bottom - we give you the tools you need to succeed and the autonomy to reach your goals.

EisnerAmper is seeking a Manager - Project Management to join our Outsourced Services practice. This role will lead complex operational and client-focused initiatives, ranging from client focused projects to large-scale transformation programs.

Many of these initiatives combine technology implementation, process redesign, data, and change management to improve client service, operational performance, scalability, and the employee experience. The Manager will translate business priorities into structured programs, establish effective governance, and lead cross-functional teams through planning, execution, implementation, adoption, and benefits realization. The successful candidate will be equally comfortable working with senior business leaders, service-line professionals, technology teams, vendors, and client stakeholders and will bring structure to ambiguity, manage interdependent workstreams, resolve risks, and maintain accountability for measurable outcomes.

What it Means to Work for EisnerAmper:
  • You will get to be part of one of the largest and fastest growing accounting and advisory firms in the industry.
  • You will have the flexibility to manage your days in support of our commitment to work/life balance.
  • You will join a culture that has received multiple top "Places to Work" awards.
    • We believe that great work is accomplished when cultures, ideas and experiences come together to create new solutions.
    • We understand that embracing our differences is what unites us as a team and strengthens our foundation.
    • Showing up authentically is how we, both as professionals and a Firm, find inspiration to do our best work.
    • Numerous Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) support our Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DE&I) efforts.
What Work You Will Be Responsible For:
  • Lead a portfolio of operational, client-delivery, and technology-enabled transformation initiatives within the Outsourced Services practice.
  • Translate strategic priorities, client needs, and operational challenges into clear project charters, business requirements, roadmaps, workstreams, milestones, governance structures, and success measures.
  • Partner with firm and client leadership to define desired business outcomes, scope, deliverables, resource requirements, budgets, decision rights, and measures of success.
  • Lead initiatives through the full transformation lifecycle, including opportunity definition, current-state assessment, future-state design, implementation, adoption, stabilization, and benefits realization.
  • Establish and maintain effective program and project governance, including integrated plans, status reporting, risk and issue management, decision tracking, change control, and executive communications.
  • Manage scope, schedules, budgets, resources, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects and interdependent workstreams.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear communication on progress, risks, decisions, outcomes, and required leadership actions.
  • Lead multidisciplinary and cross-functional teams across service lines, business operations, technology, data, vendors, and subject-matter experts, with clear roles, priorities, and accountability for outcomes.
  • Anticipate and resolve project risks, implementation barriers, resource constraints, and cross-program dependencies in partnership with clients, engagement teams, and firm leadership.
  • Facilitate collaboration and structured decision making among clients, firm leaders, technology teams, vendors, and subject-matter experts to maintain alignment and delivery momentum.
  • Partner with technology teams and implementation vendors to translate business needs into actionable requirements, implementation plans, testing, deployment, and transition activities.
  • Define measurable outcomes and provide transparent reporting on delivery progress, adoption, risks, financial performance, and realized business benefits.
  • Ensure initiatives meet applicable quality, risk management, compliance, contractual, data, and firm requirements.
  • Prepare and present executive-level updates, recommendations, and decision materials to leadership.
  • Build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders across multiple levels to drive timely decisions and sustained adoption.
  • Support client relationship development, solution scoping, proposals, and other practice-growth activities related to the role's areas of responsibility.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop project and engagement team members through coaching, performance feedback, and professional development guidance.
  • Develop and continuously improve repeatable project and transformation-management methodologies, tools, templates, governance standards, and delivery practices for Outsourced Services.
  • Stay current on project and program management, process improvement, change management, emerging technologies, and market developments relevant to clients and Outsourced Services.
  • Contribute to firm recruiting, training, knowledge sharing, and other practice-development activities as needed.
  • May be required to work extended hours and/or travel to client and EisnerAmper locations as business needs require.
Basic Qualifications:
