Hiring Range: $106,080.00 - $190,944.00(based on a full time schedule of 40 hours per week). Please note that the final offer will vary based on scheduled hours. Compensation for part-time or reduced schedules will be prorated based on scheduled weekly hours, experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations. Location: Worcester, MA UMass Memorial Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Pediatric Trauma Program Lead Coordinator to provide clinical and administrative leadership for our pediatric trauma program. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing, multidisciplinary program dedicated to delivering exceptional pediatric trauma care while advancing quality, safety, education, performance improvement, and injury prevention initiatives. The Pediatric Trauma Program Manager oversees the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the pediatric trauma program. This role ensures compliance with state, regional, and national trauma standards, including American College of Surgeons verification requirements, while partnering with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and advance trauma care delivery. The Program Manager serves as a clinical leader, educator, and collaborator across the continuum of pediatric trauma care. Working closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, EMS providers, hospital leadership, residents, and community partners, this individual plays a critical role in maintaining a high-performing, accredited pediatric trauma program and ensuring the highest standards of care for pediatric trauma patients and their families.
