M&A Project Manager

Job Summary

The M&A Project Manager works with the M&A team, Corporate Departments, Business Units and Acquisition targets to create, manage and execute M&A project initiatives.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

• Manages the project timelines for active projects during due diligence

• Assists with the employee announcement and onboarding process of newly acquired companies

• Manages the transition and integration process for newly acquired companies, managing the lifecycle of the project and communicating regular updates to the relevant teams

• Manages various aspects of M&A projects from prospecting through transition

• Maintains database of prospective M&A targets

• Manages document repositories for Due Diligence

• Utilizes both waterfall and agile project management methodologies to see projects through to completion.

• Performs other duties as required

Qualifications

• PMP Certification Preferred.

• Agile Scrum Knowledge Preferred

• Bachelor's degree preferred, in Business, Management, Computer Information Systems, or related field.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Project, BaseCamp, Jira or similar preferred.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Components including Excel, Word and Outlook.
