Under the direction of the Quality and Performance Improvement Manager, the Quality Coordinator supports the organization's quality, patient experience, and performance improvement efforts through data management and reporting, quality system administration, process improvement, and patient relations. The Quality Coordinator manages assigned quality data systems and reporting processes, helping ensure the accuracy, integrity, accessibility, and timely delivery of quality, patient experience, patient-reported outcome, and regulatory data. This position analyzes and translates data into meaningful information to support organizational priorities, regulatory requirements, and improvement initiatives. Working collaboratively with clinical, operational, and administrative teams, the Quality Coordinator participates in process improvement initiatives by supporting data analysis, workflow evaluation, implementation, and ongoing monitoring of improvement efforts. This position also supports patient relations by facilitating timely, compassionate, and effective resolution of patient concerns while helping identify opportunities for system-level improvement. This is a full-time opportunity based at our Corporate Office located in Woodbury, MN. Monday - Friday schedule of 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (subject to change). Once fully trained, hybrid schedule is available. Specifics will be discussed with manager.
Summit's hiring range for this position is $27.47 to $34.34 per hour. The hired candidate may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, differentials and/or deferred compensation. Masters (preferred)
Bachelors of Health Administration (required) Experience
National Association for Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), Lean Six Sigma, or similar certification is preferred. (preferred)
