Senior Specimen Collector Location: Tucson, AZ Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm Candidates must be able to travel throughout AZ and internationally, as needed. Millennium Health LLC is an accredited specialty laboratory with more than a decade of experience in medication monitoring and drug testing services, helping clinicians monitor use of prescription medications and illicit drugs supporting improved clinical decision-making as part of treatment for millions of Americans with chronic pain, mental illness, and substance use disorders. The Senior Specimen Collector is a key role at Millennium Health. As our representative, this position provides exemplary care and exceptional customer service to patients, clinicians, and our laboratory. This position is a cross functional subject matter expert traveling 90% of the time to start new accounts and train new Specimen Collectors in the practice. As a Senior Specimen Collector: Travel to new accounts to ensure proper set up and coverage Support onboarding of new Specimen Collectors in the practice Subject matter expert with Millennium's systems and processes Collect patient urine and/or oral fluid (saliva) specimens Process and package collections or shipping Serve as an intermediary between the practice / clinic, laboratory, LSA Leadership Record patient information, physician order details, and pertinent laboratory information Resolve specimen concerns with billing or patient information in ordering portal Order and maintain collection supplies inventory onsite Observe collection for Millennium Health specimens (when applicable) Driving from/to multiple facilities may be required Senior Specimen Collector Location: Tucson, AZ Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm Candidates must be able to travel throughout AZ and internationally, as needed. Millennium Health is a CLIA Certified and CAP Accredited specialty laboratory. We partner with a trusted and accredited background screening provider, to conduct pre-employment background checks.
