Join Meijer as we prepare to open our newest supercenter in Glen Carbon/Edwardsville, IL. serving the greater St. Louis Metro Area, in Spring 2027. This is a unique opportunity to help launch a brand-new store, continue build your career with Meijer and make a lasting impact in a new community from day one. We are seeking an engaged Store HR Representative for our new location!The Store HR Representative provides HR support and assistance to store leadership through coaching and guidance on HR related matters including; staffing, workforce planning, training & development, retention, onboarding, employee relations, compensation, EEO, safety, HR policy, etc. The Store HR Representative partners closely with store leadership and the regional HR team to champion the HR goals and strategies. Must be able to travel for training until store opening. The pay range for this position is listed below. $22.50 - $34.40This pay range represents the minimum and maximum base pay for the position, which is determined by factors such as market data, the qualifications required, the level of responsibilities associated with the role and other roles at this same level. Your specific pay rate within this range will be based on your experience, qualifications, and skills compared to the internal team you'll be joining.
