As a key player in the evolving Digital Asset Management (DAM) ecosystem, you will not only administer a critical platform but also champion its adoption and success across the enterprise. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of digital asset utilization, ensuring seamless operations, robust governance, and empowering teams with the tools they need to succeed. What You'll Do:
- Support the strategic vision and direction for the Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform.
- Lead the "people side" of change, preparing, supporting, and equipping users to adopt new DAM processes and tools.
- Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and plans to maximize user adoption and minimize resistance.
- Design, develop, deliver, and manage key communications related to DAM initiatives.
- Perform daily maintenance, review, and delivery of DAM assets, ensuring strict adherence to governance standards.
- Manage the creation, maintenance, governance, and execution of metadata, facet/filtering, taxonomy structures, and security user/group permissions.
- Regularly review and update taxonomy and metadata to align with evolving business needs and process changes.
- Ensure the highest level of metadata accuracy, striving for a 99.9% goal within the DAM.
- Provide expert troubleshooting and support for the DAM platform.
- Assist in training users and develop instructional documents or videos to foster platform proficiency.
- Monitor and maintain content quality across all digital assets.
- Develop standard reports and summarize trends related to asset usage, adoption, and delivery.
- Create and maintain comprehensive governance documentation for all administrative processes and DAM setup.
- Cultivate strong relationships with all DAM users, actively working to expand platform usage throughout the organization.
- Ensure compliance with organizational branding and standardization guidelines.
- Undertake various other tasks and projects as assigned to support the DAM ecosystem.
What You'll Bring: Must-Have Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in administration within Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems, such as Tenovos, Widen, Workfront, or Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Proven familiarity with metadata for tagging assets and cataloging taxonomy.
- Strong workflow development skills, including the ability to capture requirements and formulate detailed plans.
- Excellent troubleshooting capabilities to resolve platform issues efficiently.
- Demonstrated experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Services, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience; Master's degree preferred.
- Prior work experience supporting Marketing functions, particularly within the financial services industry.
- Ability to manage multiple project deliverables simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, fostering strong working relationships.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Excellent active listening skills to understand user needs and feedback.
