Systems Administrator II

Role summary

More experienced systems administrator with broader ownership, stronger troubleshooting depth, and increased accountability for systems stability, standards, and execution.

Primary characteristics

* Operates with greater independence and less oversight

* Handles more complex incidents and systems issues

* Contributes to design decisions, standards enforcement, and project execution

* Begins to serve as a technical example or mentor to developing staff

Core responsibilities

* Own and troubleshoot broader server and platform issues end-to-end

* Execute moderate-complexity administrative changes and maintenance tasks

* Support systems lifecycle activities, standards enforcement, and platform health

* Participate in project work, implementations, and technical planning

* Assist in validating configurations, remediation plans, and operational readiness

* Provide guidance to less experienced support or admin staff as needed

Pay-Range: $27.88 -36.69
