Starting Rate of pay:

$26.02/hour

Shifts Available and Hours:

Third Shift


10PM-6AM

Shift Premium:
$1.00/hour extra for shift differential for working Second and Third Shifts.
What you will be doing

  • Perform machine set-ups and changeovers on production equipment to support manufacturing schedules and quality standards.
  • Inspect and verify first-piece production using blueprints, specifications, gauges, and measuring equipment.
  • Troubleshoot equipment and process issues, making adjustments to maintain productivity and product quality.
  • Train and support machine operators on set-up requirements, work instructions, and quality checks.
  • Complete and maintain accurate production, inspection, and set-up documentation.
  • Conduct equipment inspections and report any safety, quality, or maintenance concerns.
  • Follow all safety procedures and support continuous improvement initiatives within the production area.



What will make you successful?

Required Education/Experience:


*High school diploma or GED required.
* Minimum 1 year of machine set-up, machine operation, maintenance, tooling, or relatedmanufacturing experience.
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and production documentation.
* Experience using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection equipment.
* Ability to troubleshoot equipment and process issues to maintain quality and productivity.
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and meet the physical requirements of a manufacturing environment.



Preferred Skills/Qualifications:


*Machine set-up experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
* Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and quality inspection techniques.
* Experience with tooling, dies, fixtures, and preventive maintenance activities.
* Forklift and/or overhead crane operation experience.
* Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
* Experience training or supporting machine operators.
