AMSOIL Industrial is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Technical Account Specialist in our greater Detroit MI, Ohio, Illinois markets. We're looking for a relationship-driven professional who is comfortable in manufacturing environments, enjoys learning how equipment and processes work, and knows how to ask the right questions to uncover customer needs. You'll support customers and sales representatives by troubleshooting issues, monitor equipment and lubricant performance, collect samples, and identify opportunities to improve machine reliability and operational efficiency while delivering outstanding customer experience. In this role, you'll be a trusted resource for our industrial customers, helping ensure their equipment, operations, and businesses perform at their best. You'll work closely with customers and sales representatives to provide technical support, resolve challenges, monitor machine and tool performance, collect and evaluate samples, and identify opportunities for improvement. By understanding customer processes, asking the right questions, and delivering exceptional service, you'll help strengthen customer relationships while driving long-term success for both our customers and AMSOIL. Pay Range: Salary: $64,800 - $76,200 Final compensation will be determined based on relevant education, experience, skills, qualifications and overall alignment with the role.
