How You Will Make History Here...
As Customer Sales Lead (CSL) - Amazon, you will execute joint business planning across Amazon platforms to drive volume, profit, and share growth across Campbell's Americas portfolio. You will lead day-to-day business activities with Amazon and internal cross-functional teams, reporting to the Team Lead - Amazon and Whole Foods. This role is fully remote, with the ideal candidate being in Seattle, WA, Minneapolis, MN or Camden, NJ. Other locations may be considered for the right candidate.
What You Will Do...
Develop and manage customer plans using Campbell's Sales Planning & Customer Investment system, proactively monitoring budgets, spending, and volume to achieve sales objectives. Develop, execute, and evaluate monthly and quarterly promotional strategies across brands, including tactical planning, post-event analysis, and trade-budget optimization. Apply shopper insights and category management practices to connect consumer and shopper trends to growth opportunities and build collaborative marketing programs. Conduct category business reviews to assess performance, key drivers, consumer trends, and incremental opportunities. Translate Campbell's brand strategies into customer plans by partnering with Amazon buyers, category managers, merchandising leaders, and other decision makers. Lead new item launches at Amazon by coordinating item setup, catalog maintenance, Vendor Central updates, and purchase-order readiness. Partner with Supply Chain teams to support accurate pricing, ordering cadence, EDI updates, item maintenance, and successful purchase-order execution. Analyze and report monthly category performance versus plan. Partner with Finance to keep trade and sales plans on track, clear deductions, and ensure bills are applied to the appropriate events and tactics.

What You Bring to the Table... (Must Have)
Bachelor's degree 6+ years of sales experience Strong financial acumen, trade management experience, and understanding of total P&L management Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess customer strategies, determine investment plans, evaluate activation, and identify growth opportunities through test-and-learn models Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build customer relationships and collaborate cross-functionally Ability to work independently, balance multiple stakeholder requests, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, evolving environment Self-directed, detail-oriented, flexible, agile, and adaptable approach, with an entrepreneurial mindset and drive to deliver results Strong computer skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and systems used for data gathering and interpretation

Compensation and Benefits: The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $117,600-$161,700
Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
