The Contribution You'll Bring to this Role:

As a US Chemical Storage team member, you will be responsible for receiving all orders, unloading trucks, inspecting shipments, verifying and entering receipt of shipment, putting items away in proper locations, and handling returned product. You will also support inventory control, material movement, outsourcing shipments, and safe warehouse operations.

About the Team

You will work closely with buyers, Quality Assurance, Operations, and other warehouse team members to coordinate incoming materials, resolve inventory control issues, manage NCR products, and ensure materials are stored and moved safely and accurately.

What You'll Do at Justrite



  • Verify and match packing lists to purchase orders.
  • Generate, verify, and apply barcode labels to accepted material using product numbers on purchase orders.
  • Scan accepted material into its proper location and deliver or coordinate movement of material to its designated storage area.
  • Receive returned product and store material in the return rack for QA action.
  • Prepare shipments of outsourcing materials to vendors for processing.
  • Perform assigned inventory control functions.
  • Communicate with the buyer daily regarding incoming materials, inventory control issues, and NCR products.
  • Assist in maintaining the department in accordance with good housekeeping practices.
  • Observe all safety and environmental procedures.
  • Perform other duties as requested by management.


Your Skills & Expertise

Minimum Qualifications



  • Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
  • Ability to formulate conversions for applicable material.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of attention required to prevent injury to others.
  • Ability to move or lift up to 70 pounds.
  • Satisfactory completion of the in-company forklift driver training program.

Occasionally (34% to 66%):carries, pushes, pulls, squats, kneels, twists, reaches horizontally, reaches below the waist, reaches above the shoulder, and lifts up to 70 pounds.

Working Conditions

Rarely (0% to 33%): low humidity, vibration, confined space, high elevation, noise, chemical irritants, oil, odors, explosives, electrical hazards, and toxic conditions.

Occasionally (34% to 66%): outside conditions, high temperature, high humidity, and low temperature.

Frequently (67% to 100%): inside conditions, moving objects, and pedestrians.

Equipment Used

Computer, printer, forklift, shrink wrap machine, utility knife, garbage compactor, scanner, calculator, and scale.
